ABSTRAK
Latar belakang :Kanker adalah penyakit berbahaya yang menyerang dna manusia..Tanaman sirsak (annona muricata l) merupakan salah satu tanaman yang dapat digunakan sebagai obat kanker dan pengganti kemoterapi. k. Acetogenin yang ikut masuk ke dalam tubuh akan menempel pada reseptor dinding sel dan ber-fungsi merusak ATP di dinding mitokondria. Akibatnya produksi energi didalam sel kanker terhenti dan akhirnya sel kanker akan mati.
Metode : Sumber literatur yang digunakan minimal 2 data base (Google Scholar,pubmed, dan lain lain). Dengan bantuan media internet.
Hasil:Daun sirsak mengandung flavonoid dan alkaloid dan acetogenis yang dapat menetralkan radikal bebas atau ROS (reactive oxygen species)
Kesimpulan: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak daun sirsak berpotensi untuk aktivitas anti kanker hati.

ABSTRACT
Background: Cancer is a dangerous disease that attacks humans. Soursop (annona muricata l) is a plant that can be used as a cancer drug and a substitute for chemotherapy. k. Acetogenin which enters the body will attach to cell wall receptors and function to damage ATP in the mitochondrial wall. As a result, energy production in cancer cells stops and eventually the cancer cells will die.
Methods: The literature source used at least 2 data bases (Google Scholar, pubmed, and others). With the help of internet media.
Results: Soursop leaves contain flavonoids and alkaloids and acetogenes that can neutralize free radicals or ROS (reactive oxygen species).
Conclusion: The results showed that soursop leaf extract has the potential for anti-liver cancer activity.
