ABSTRAK
Latar Belakang: Peningkatan kematian akibat kecelakaan lalu lintas diperkirakan
tingkat kesadaran (glow coma scale).

Methods: This study uses the Literature Review method, using google scholar and
pubmed databases.
Results: Based on the research, it is known that an increase in GCS level of
consciousness was found in journal 1, before action 10, after action 12. In journal 2,
before action 12, after action 15. In journal 3, before action 10, after action 12. In
journal 4, before action 10, after action 13. In journal 5, before action 12, after action
13.
Conclusion: From the results of the 5 journals above, it was concluded that there was a
change in the level of consciousness (glow coma scale), the change was in the form of
an increase in the level of consciousness (glow coma scale) .
